Well thats just it, that implies that a lot the people flying dropships fit into the professional pilot area. Now think for just a second, DO THEY?

well it actually implies two things, one this is most likely to happen to those who have just started out and are still learning, the second is that this could happen to an experienced pilot who really should know better than that. and no they're aren't a huge amount of people in this game who you could say are professional pilots, actually you could say that about any role in this game

As for professionals I think its just blind luck if you take them down with an LAV.
